Screen Skills - Covid Training

This online module, from Screen Skills, is for those working on film and TV productions during the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s designed for freelancers and crew to explain your personal responsibility in reducing the risk of coronavirus and prepare you for the safety measures productions are taking.

The training was devised from official guidance compiled by industry with a focus on film and high-end TV. This means some of the language is specific to film and high-end TV but anyone working in physical production can take the module and benefit from it.

We would like all students to complete this as part of their induction, please submit your certificate via assignment tab in Teams. You should also include a summary of your learning within production folders/ blog for the appropriate module(s).

Equipment will need to be booked out in advance and collected at allocated times. At the moment there is a 72 hour window before this equipment can be rebooked out.

Equipment should not be shared between crew, each crew member should book, use and be solely responsible for using that item of equipment, as per guidance in Screen Skills training.
