Ceejay Fulmar is a filmmaker and father of two beautiful girls. 

My life has thrown many interesting scenarios at me, and my friends have also been through a lot. I would like to go on to make more fiction films that have elements of true life events but have them work out the difficulties, so people can be given hope and to inspire people in bad situations, to take note, and make a positive step for themselves.
