Found a great film competition website that showcases truly zero budget movies.
Some of the films that got the biggest awards really did not seem that difficult to make, and are all still very enjoyable and not very tedious. Some that didn't get awards are better than the ones that won.
Worth checking out.

Neo Realism
https://vimeo.com/68514760
This video essay about the film 'Terminal Station' offers a brilliant and also incredibly artful look at how the Neo-realism genre separates itself from generic Hollywood style films with its use of holding onto takes, withdrawing exposition and decentralisation of characters.
What makes the essay re-watchable and stand out from the crowd is the use of storytelling within it, the narrator of the essay actually addresses the two cuts of the films as if he has transported back in time and told two movie makers from different cultures to create a film together, it took me a while to finally figure out that this was indeed two cuts of the same film (One released in America and one in Italy) but the way that the narrator positions the essay like this makes you view the film in a different and more innovative way.
Its well worth a watch to really understand and feel the essence of Neo-Realism.
The Flower Effect
"The story begins when a girl finds a bouquet of flowers and thinks it's from the man of her dreams... Filmed with real reactions from passers-by, this film shows what flowers can do. " - amazing video i really like the way it got the message across and the way it was filmed. As i love how the shots used are so simply done and work really with the narrator who infuses the whole thing togeather.
Great music video 0 BUDGET!

Just goes to show that you can have a lot of fun making a NO BUDGET music video and not have to constantly be making videos about two people in love.
