CREATIVE DIRECTOR AARDMAN ANIMATIONS - SARAH COX
Aardman Animations, the studio behind Shaun The Sheep and Wallace And Gromit, has hired Sarah Cox as Executive Creative Director in 2018. She currently oversees the development of a new slate of Aardman intellectual properties aimed at kids and family audiences across all platforms including digital and broadcast. Prior to joining the company, Cox was the owner and creative director of ArthurCox, an award-winning film and animation production company, which she launched in 2002 alongside Sally Arthur. During her tenure, she directed The Itch Of The Golden Nit, which was produced as part of Bafta’s Tate Movie Project.

Kate’s recent work includes HBO’s GAME OF THRONES. Amazon series HANNA, and BBC series PRESS, along with MARCELLA, CALL THE MIDWIFE and TRUST ME. He films have screened in competition at international festivals including SUNDANCE, BERLIN and SXSW and her documentary credits include Ava DuVerna’s Venus Vs, Years of Living Danagerously and The Closer We get. She is a member of the BSC and full voting member of BAFTA.

BAFTA-AWARD WINNING ANIMATOR DIRECTOR / ACTOR PALOMA BAEZA
Paloma won BEST ANIMATED SHORT with her NFTS Graduate short POLES APART and several other short films. She is also an actor who has appeared in films like SUNSHINE and THE ESCAPIST and TV shows like SPOOKS, THE PASSION and WAKING THE DEAD.
